March 2010 booked with itravel 2000 what a mistake.Booked a direct flight from Vancouver to Las Vegas on US airways. Flight changed a few weeks before departure, Vancouver,Phoenix to Vegas. Taken off plane in Phonix itravel did not have us in system. Out the price of hotel in Vegas, lost half day rental on a Harley and had to spend the night in Phonix.
Return was booked US Airways Los Angeles, Ca. to Phoenix. But we are in Vegas and want to go to Vancouver. A hundred phone calls and we are now going United Airlines Las Vegas, San Francisco To Vancouver.
Contacted itravel on our return. From itravel: We have sent your letter to the supplier Holiday Network for review, waiting period for them to respond is 6 to 8 weeks.
These rotten Airlines and travel companys have all the power because we have to pay up front.
