REVIEWING Royal Decameron Panama spent 11 nights there.

Customer service and over all enjoyment was so horrible at this property I asked to leave after the 6 th night.

I am not going to rant and rave about specifics here.
All I am going to say is this resort is absolutely horrible customer service. The food and entertainment was average on a good days.

Would never recommend this property to anyone.
Panamanians have lots to learn about what opportunity they have in making TIPS?
There attitude is who cares they are not even motivated by the chance of earning grats.

Learned over research is that when you place a tip on a chit it goes to there boss not them. Its clear now why the service staff are not motivated to provide excellent service.

I began tipping them directly and found service got better in some cases. My advice for travellers to Panama is find a Colombian who is working there they get it.

Even after tipping Panamanians directly with cash it often made no difference. Over all Royal Decameron Panama Farralon was so horrible will never return. The Hard Rock in Panama City was somewhat better.

Air Transat also left me with a bad taste in my mouth on return flight TS715 as far as customer service.

Noli Tours and Air Transat I gave you one more try to impress me and you fell flat in a huge way.

Awful experience.
