I book my ticket from Flight network And supposed to travel from British airways a month back. They denied my boarding because of my travel document.
I called them before travelling and reprsentative told me you are good to go. When I reached airport British airways said they need transit visa for london even you stay for a minute. When, I called from airport to flight network they told me you dont need any. This all happens before 3 hrs of departing my flight.
Within this time I spoke to 4 representative of flight network and all they said is you dont need a transit visa for London. Because of this situation my 4 days holidays got wasted. Also the customer care manager felt sorry but she did not arrange for another trip. I have to pay another $1400 dollar for my one way trip
Overall Story is flight network representative is having lack of knowledge about travelling documents and customer care is not capable of handling customer.
I respect their policy and procedures, but I hate the way the representative handle my case, Because I miss the flight and she was laughing in front of me. I mailed B airways for the compensation of ticket which is worthing $1800(return ticket) and I got just $133 and again sorry and sympathy which I dont need.
Overall story is British airways Customer care is just worried to increase revenue of the company and they reply soo late of customer queries. Their policy fluctuate and they will say we implement yesterday and you are the first victim. Guys Choice is urs atleast not British airways nor Flight network.
