no complaints about the tour director or bus driver. Both were friendly and courteous. But, if you are disappointed or upset about anything regarding the trip, don’t expect the owner to take responsibility, offer any compensation or even apologize for it. Jim was rude, unapologetic, and offered no empathy for the frustration and poor conditions that I experienced in this trip.
Given the chance to rectify it and improve my impression of Hanover Tours, he chose instead to give excuses, shift the blame, and then actually hang up on me!!
Customer service is everything. It’s a shame that this company cares so little about a traveller’s experience on their tours. I will NEVER travel with Hanover Tours again.
