Worst Customer Service

Flight Centre has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had 3 cancelled flights with American Airlines. I lost a day of my hotel. The travel agents did absolutely nothing. My flight home was also cancelled and I received no hotel voucher. I slept on a floor and had to spend an extra 500$ to get to my destination. I am still waiting for a refund on my first flight. I have called the agency 5 times. I even had to call the hotel I was staying at to tell them that I would not be coming in the first night due to my flight cancellation. Do not book with this agency. They have the worst customer service in the industry and just want your money.
