Never answers emails, untruthfull information about room availability.

I booked my family vacation on March break in Santa Clara, the agent was pleasant until I gave her my credit card number. After that she never answered my emails. I spoke to her on the phone regarding my preferences of what I wanted in the room , but she never put it in the request form. I called another agent who did not sell me the tickets and thanks to her, she helped me. The price was high on march break, I said that I wanted to wait for a better price, but she said that ONLY 5 ROOMS LEFT, which I understand now is NOT TRUE!! I am very dissappointed the way I was treated this will unfortunately be my first and last time dealling with this company.

Trip Central needs a customer service extensive course!

For the service--or non-service--you get from Trip Central, I would advise booking and getting information online yourself. The treatent I recieved from the booking agent and manager in Hamilton was unbelievably poor. I don"t know how a company servives with such horrible, lack interest customer service. DO NOT EVERY RUN INTO ANY PROBLEMS WITH YOUR TRIP..APPARENTLY THIS IS NOT THEIR CONCERN!

I previously posted the problems I encountered last April with our 7 person Panama trip. This is now January and still no answere from Air Transat, Sheraton Bijao, Fedex, Starwood Hotels, and definitely NOT TRIP CENTRAL!

Do your homework and some form of guarantee. The trip was made on the recommendation of the agent. I will never travel with Air Transat again either
