Trip central employees don't stand behind their advice.

Don't book through TripCentral.ca. They don't ask the important questions that a travel agent should ask, or give their customers enough information i.e. needing a visa to get into their destination country!!! which results in their customers losing their trip and then they blame the customers for not knowing the information. Isn't that why we book through a travel agent....for advice!
You'd be much better off booking on your own.
