Travelocity.ca sucks. Stay away from this company if you dont want any problems!

Travelocity (canada) is awful. I purchased air ticket with them 4 month before the departure date (Feb. 18, 2010). I made many calls to make sure I will get aisle seat. The agent told me that my 47B from YVR to TPE is an aisle seat. When I got to airport for check in, airline stuff told me 47B is the middle seat. I called Travelocity immiedately and the male agent was rude, "That is not possible. You are having an aisle seat, Sir." The agent quickly asked me if he can help me with anything else and goodbye. He did not even acknoledge the possiblity that he and another agent may make a mistake and try to find a solution for my concern. After my trip, I tried to complain to Travelocity.ca. I was told a supervisor will return my call within 4 to 6 hours but they never did. They do not care about their services quality and their customers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! This company has no honesty and integrity to run the business.
