They have the worst Customer Service, and not only me but other friends have complained. Granted, they have very good deals and such, but if you EVER call about a concern you have a bout a reservation, prepare to be insulted. I spoke with the worst Agent Mona, and first time I encountered her I thought it was just a bad day for her, and took it in stride. It happened again today, she was so rude. Telling me that Im the one that made the reservation and started yelling at me. Horrific!
