March 2010 booked with itravel 2000 what a mistake.Booked a direct flight from Vancouver to Las Vegas on US airways. Flight changed a few weeks before departure, Vancouver,Phoenix to Vegas.Taken off plane in Phonix itravel did not have us in system. Out the price of hotel in Vegas,lost half day rental on a Harley and had to spend the night in Phonix.

Return was booked US Airways Los Angeles, Ca. to Phoenix. But we are in Vegas and want to go to Vancouver. A hundred phone calls and we are now going United Airlines Las Vegas, San Francisco To Vancouver.

Contacted itravel on our return. From itravel: We have sent your letter to the supplier Holiday Network for review, waiting period for them to respond is 6 to 8 weeks.

These rotten Airlines and travel companys have all the power because we have to pay up front.
