Sears Travel - No response?

Hi there ....I tried very hard to book a trip using sears ,,,but after waiting two weeks and no calls ...no emails and just plain nothing ...I gave up ...this being my second bad experience in the same office
That office was at Champlain Mall here in Dieppe...and I was dealing with the travel sales manager
