Lousy Agent but Good Customer Care with iTravel2000

My agent was quick to find us a flight but once all was booked she totally forgot who I was. After 2 calls asking for invoices for the flight booked for 6 passengers I gave up and called customer care. The agent who handled my complaint was most helpful and quickly resolved the problem.
