Horrible Customer Service after trip is completed

We have booked numerous trips with SellOff Vacations and have usually been pleased with the service and value. Early this year we booked a trip under the "Price guarantee" program which offered a rebate in the form of a voucher covering the price diffence if cost of the trip dropped after booking. The voucher was to be issued within a few weeks of returning from the booked trip - that was the end of April - we have written to customer service (the only way to contact as they do not give out a customer service phone number) and have been told our reply will come in 8 weeks - 3months!!! Come on - I want to book for this winter using the voucher which is only good for bookings made before September- really substandard customer service - I think I'd look at the other discount brokers next time - couldn't be much worse.
