The reason why they closed their ottawa office is that TICO (travel insurance company of Ontario) would not let them operate in ontario, as they lost their insurance. They moved to nova scotia as it has no rulings for tour operators to have insurance to operate. This is the same company as ZOOM airlines, who left thousands stranded this summer. THEY WILL GO BANKRUPT THIS WINTED SO BUYER BEWARE AS YOU WILL HAVE NO PROTECTION WHEN THEY CLOSE!!!
