Flight Network? Not here

Poor website, when choosing dates be very careful as the month can jump forward.
This resulted in a booking that had a return date a month late. The error was spotted immediately on receiving the confirmation.

According to their terms and conditions: Confirmation: In some circumstances, your booking will provide you with a confirmation number before a ticket has been issued. The booking process is not complete until you have received a ticket number. In some cases, due to unforeseen errors we may be unable to honour a fare quoted.

This means the tickets had not been issued when the error was noticed. The office was closed and an email was sent immediately. No reply. Numerous phone calls later there was no effort from the company to help other than to suggest making another booking at a cost of approx an additional $700.

A very unsatisfactory experience from a company with no customer service and an erratic web site.

That is surely a joke? I travel in excess of 40,000 miles per year for the past 5 years and have never had such a poor response in terms of customer service.

I am suggesting the company name be changed to flight-not-work.

I would recommend using established bricks and mortar travel agents or direct with airlines.
