Extremely Displeased with Trip Central in NB, Canada

To make this short and sweet... DO NOT BOOK WITH TRIPCENTRAL! We booked a wedding group and although we had the time of our lives, we came back to $1,400 of unauthorized charges (made by TripCentral) on our credit card. We have been fighting/pleading with them for about a month without much action. The respresentatives DO NOT value their clients, are unprofessional and have breached our confidentiality on 2 occacsions. They are, by far, the most unprofessional, incompetent and unappreciative organization I have ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor and book it yourself!
