LONG STORY.......SHORT.....THEY MESSED UP OUR HOLIDAY,MAJOR FLIGHT DELAYS-HOTEL WAS AWFUL...THIS IS ONE OPERATOR TO STAY AWAY FROM.AFTER THE TRIP THEY WERE IMPOSSIBLE TO DEAL WITH AND JUST SENT US A GENERIC LETTER!.HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!.....BE WARNED!
