Sunwing problems too NEW

My family had a terrible time dealing with the sunwing tour company.They messed up our trip and when we complained to them they told us that they can make any changes without compensation,that all they have to do is offer another hotel or flight.Their"customer service" was non-existent!.We would never again deal with them...it was our first and last.

SUNWING A NIGHTMARE. NEW

I had planned a trip to Mexico with sunwing and had nothing but bad customer service.At Christmastime, they called out travel agent and told them our hotel was cancelled-they could not get the rooms!!!.We were furious.Our travel agent said they just sent an email to them telling them to tell the travellers.We were given the optino of taking a lower star hotel(not at all what we would have chosen).There were no other options because it was Chritmastime, so it was either take their offer or not travel.We felt totally left out in the cold.We booked months in advance.They did not want to deal with us and told us to deal with our travel agent.We chose not to take their offer,we KNEW we would not be happy with the lower accomodation they were offering.Very lucky for us-we found a great trip with Signature Vacations,five star-just as we had paid for already.We booked a trip with them and it was excellent.
Sunwing was supposed to refund our money-but made us even wait for that.
STAY AWAY FROM SUNWING...NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS.
