booking Rome from home with Flight Network

Booked Rome for two in Oct.2010 on Sunday 18 Apr. Have yet to get any confirmations. It's like it went into a vacuum. Paid up also. Not even an acknowledgment. Is it because of the European Air Nightmare Weekend, I don't know. Kinda strange, I guess. Other sites, Expedia i.e.) at least send you an email.
