Bad Turned Good With Bel Air Travel

I recently booked a vacation to Santa Clara Cuba 14 Sept-28 Sept at Club Ancon with Bel Air Travel. We asked for all inclusive, second level superior room with an ocean view. What we got was ground floor mold infested room that smelled like a urinal. We immediately went back to the front desk and had the night manager come look at the room and after his inspection we were moved to the second floor without an ocean view. We insisted we get what we had contracted for and were ignored.

We finally had our HaloSun rep.change us to the Brezes Trinidad Delmar where for an extra $236 Canadian our vacation was rescued.

We had a wonderful week at the Delmar ocean view et al.
