Air Canada has introduced a way for Canadians to experience New York City with its multi-trip New York Weekender Pass. The new pass makes it more affordable to take multiple trips during the year to New York from Vancouver, Edmonton and Calgary and from the East from Montréal, Ottawa or Toronto.The New York Weekender Pass - West - is valid for travel from Vancouver, Calgary or Edmonton on Saturdays, Mondays and Tuesdays to New York (LaGuardia or John F. Kennedy) or Newark. Plus, enjoy nonstop service from Calgary and Vancouver to New York, and daily nonstop service between Calgary and Newark as of June 16, 2008.
The New York Weekender Pass - East - is valid for travel from Montréal, Ottawa or Toronto on Saturdays and Mondays to New York LaGuardia or Newark.
The Air Canada pass is available only until May 31 and is valid for travel for one full year from the date of purchase. It is available in packages of four flights (two return trips) for one person for $899, or eight flights (four return trips) for two people at $1,798.
Also, a spring sale offers 30 per cent off select hotels between now and Aug. 31 on bookings completed by May 31. A summer sale features savings of up to 25 per cent off hotel stays, depending on duration.
